We believe that natural balance is the most important factor of wellbeing. This is why we try – wherever possible – to ensure that chemical compound usage is at its minimum.

This is the reason our production methods take a more traditional approach, which means that there is a tradeoff of quality against quantity.

We are trying to use the microclimate’s special conditions of every area where a herb flourishes, something that minimizes our intervention with technical means.

It is our belief, that modern consumers should be educated towards this way of thinking, and realize that the presence of some obvious sings made from a visiting insect on a fruit of a vegetable, is actually a safety sign – it means that there was not and extensive use of pesticides on the field – and not a reason not to buy.
